Confirmation will be passed onto you when you take delivery of your vehicle. Service history check Evidence of regular servicing is important and if your choice is a used Volkswagen, Listers are able to make checks through Volkswagen systems and produce a service history certificate. If your choice is another make of car, your Volkswagen retailer will, of course, endeavour to provide evidence of the vehicle’s service history. Exchange plan In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your car for any reason, you are entitled to exchange it at any time within the first 30 days or 1,000 miles of ownership (whichever comes sooner).
