Upgraded X51 oil pan with metal baffles. Reduce oil starvation with the x51 design oil pan and take it to another level with metal baffles. Simple installation as outlined below. In stock ready for immediate shipment from our NC location.
Installation is straight forward:
- drain oil
- remove oil pan bolts
- use two factory pry locations to free the pan
- remove three screw on factory plastic baffle and remove
- use new screws with included loctite and install new metal x51 baffle
- clean mating surface (we recommend using some carb or brake cleaner with a old kitchen scour pad)
- test fit!
- apply sealant
- tighten
