Here is a Fine LeVian 18Kt Aquamarine Diamond Pendant.  Made from Solid 18Kt Yellow Gold and weighs 8.8 grams.  It holds 1 Natural Aquamarine Heart Shape that is 12Ct , and is surrounded by 22 Natural Round Brilliant Diamonds that add to 1.32Ct E - F Color VS Clarity.  Pendant is 22mm x 21.8mm.  The hallmark of LV and 750 is almost impossible to see , has been polished off.
