**Order Cancellation**

1. There are times when items have sold directly from the shop.

2. Items with too high of a shipping cost may result in cancellation of the order with full refund.

3. If the buyer would like to pay the shipping in the case of cancellation, arrangements can be made.

4. Any order that does not require immediate payment will be canceled after 5 days left unpaid, and relisted.

5. Allstar Music reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason.

**Return Policy:**

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

1. Buyer pays return shipping.

2. Buyer refunds the original listing fee.

3. Items are returned undamaged and unused, as originally shipped.

4. PayPal payment must be received within 4 days of receiving the item(s).

5. Items bearing the description "As is" are not eligible for return.

**Shipping Information:**

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item after it ships. Items usually leave our store within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
