SHERPA SNOW BOOTS

More of a Mukluk on steroids, snow, moisture proof heat bonded sole to upper construction, heavy tread, non-slip sole, heavy-duty canvas outer, soft quilted nylon lining, poly fiberfill insulation, half-inch dense closed cell foam inner sole for comfort and insulation, reinforced suede leather heel; and toe for a scuff guard, expandable upper assures a perfectly tight, warm custom fit every time, 5 adjustable cinch straps work like custom-fit leggings, all the way to the knee, a full 28 inches tall can be worn as an over the boot or with a good thick pair of wool socks, issued to northern Chinese troops in the Mongolian Mountains where cold is like Siberia cold.

These are marked 275-280 on the bottoms. The footbed is app. 12 1/4". Height is 28". The total length of the bottom sole is app. 13 1/4". Footbed is also pretty wide.  I feel like these should fit a U.S. Size 14 with two pair of heavy socks or a thick liner and a Size 15 with one pair of heavy weight socks. Please compare a pair of heavy boots that fit you well to compare the measurements shown. I don't have a conversion chart for Chinese Military boots.
