This listing is for a vintage alto sax end plug. There is no brand name, nor any other markings on it. I do not know if this plug was made for any particular brand/model of saxophone. It is made of wood, with a cork strip to allow it to friction fit itself to the interior of the neck receiver. The diameter at the cork is 24.15mm. If you need to adjust the fit, the cork could be sanded down a bit or replaced with a thicker one. The total height is 36.5mm, of which approximately 20mm would protrude above the top of the sax. This plug is in excellent condition. There are some minor nicks around the edges, but no cracks or other damage. I installed a new cork on it.
