Installation is simple using plug and play - all you need to do is insert the card into an empty PCI slot on your motherboard. No additional drivers are required. JCAT provide recommended settings for your network drivers to optimize sound quality - these will be included in the package with the Net Card XE. Sound quality is incredible! I used this with a Melco-based digital audio system to allow transfer of audio files onto my digital audio player, which admittedly is overkill but it made a huge improvement.
