This item appears to be sealed and hopefully new condition on the inside. The tape looks like the original factory seal as far as I can tell. 

However as you can see there is visible wear to corners and edges. Also under the "C" in service on the front of the box there is a little discoloration and slight damage from price sticker.

On the back of the box are some some indentations from someone writing.

On the bottom there seems to be a barcode sticker on top of the original barcode.

I assume the original manual is included as well as any extras that are supposed to come with a new sealed game.
