Shipping
The goods will be delivered via eBay SpeedPAK or DHL with a tracking number after payment has been received and cleared in full.
We will ONLY ship to the (confirmed) address specified in eBay.
Usually ships within 3–5 business days after payment is completed.
All packages are shipped directly from Japan. Delivery usually takes 3–10 days (the exact timeframe varies by country).
Terms of Sale
Damage or Unsatisfied: Please contact us if there are any problems with the product. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. You have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Never Received Purchase: Please contact us if you didn't receive your purchase. We will issue a refund or provide an exchange for the purchase.
