open box. found in dads garage. they got mixed up but did my best to put the proper sizes in the right slots. i counted these long before i did this listing and don't remember if they were all there or not but i believe they are. if not it's only missing 1 or 2 pieces. they are still sealed in their individule packages. ships same or next day
