It's runs quiet, and with those settings you'll get the best performance and efficiency from it. Fans aren't loud like on some models, especially with optimal voltage.                This has a 140 watt TDP, so a 650 watt power supply is fine. It's extremely energy efficient with computing power per watt. Thermals are excellent and won't heat up a room like some other models out there that use much more power. As a result, temperatures are cool, 60c average in games. Fans speeds can be kept down for quiet operation.
