This Sweet Dough Arm was manufactured by Dough Wright Co. LLC and was designed to fit the KitchenAid 4.5 Qt. and 5 Qt. Tilt-Head stand mixers only. This attachment will not work with the 3.5 Qt. mini model. It is made of stainless steel and will last a life time. Matte finish for superior dough handling characteristics, dishwasher safe but hand wash preferred. Dough Wright part number SDA2. It will not fit any other model mixer. If you are unsure about fit with your mixer, ask questions before buying as there are no returns.
Sweet Dough Arm is heavy and weighs approximately 10 ounces, very durable and well made.
Use on speed low and medium low speeds only.
