The official Fender ClassicGear Staggered Strat/Tele Tuners 6 In-Line Right Handed look like the traditional Kluson design used on vintage Fender guitars from the back but feature a modern collared construction and offer an increased break angle at the nut.
Featuring their two pin mounting system (no screw holes required), this set enables you to easily retrofit modern Strats and Teles with vintage style tuners. They will directly fit modern Fender 10 mm tuner post holes for the collar and string post, saving you the need for conversion bushings. The screw in bolt bushings support the tuner post on the front of the headstock and secure the tuner to the back of the headstock, while the tuners feature an upgraded 1:18 tuner ratio for more precise tuning accuracy over actual vintage tuners. Vintage style safety posts provide a classic look and timeless functionality and the set is staggered to increase the break angle over the nut and improve tuning stability. Tall post tuners are used for low E and A strings and shorter post tuners are used for D, G, B and high E strings. Installed as standard on their American Professional I and II, American Ultra I and II, American Performer and Player I and II series guitars, the set will also fit any Fender guitar with their two pin mounting holes in the back of the headstock and a 10 mm hole for the collar and string post.
