This ticket was found in a collection of souvenir ticket stubs from the late 1940s and early 1950s, so this likely dates to the same time period.  Great piece of history from the Pennsylvania-Ontario-New York League.

SIZE:  Stub measures 2" by 2"

CONDITION:  Fair condition with noticeable wear.  Back of ticket has paper residue from being glued in a scrapbook at one point.  The stub also has some paper loss/ from being torn at the lower left.  Finally, there is some mild creasing from handling.  View scans for an accurate depiction of condition.
