Nice original and hard to find patch from the USAF 4411th Joint Stars Squadron / Joint Test Force. This patch is from the 1990-91 Desert Storm era, during initial testing of new E-8 JSTARS (Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System) aircraft.
