3D FilaPrint Polypropylene (PP) is an easy-to-print, general-purpose low-density filament developed for strong, durable, and functional parts. Thanks to its high stretchability, flexibility, and excellent layer adhesion, PP is ideal for living hinges, snap-fit parts, household containers, and engineering components. It also offers very good chemical and fatigue resistance, and can be used to print dishwasher- and microwave-safe items.

Print Settings & Tips:

• Extruder Temp: 230–250°C
• Bed: PP does not adhere well to standard build surfaces for large parts
• Recommended: Polypropylene build sheet (often no heated bed required)
• First layer adhesion improves with a higher first-layer temperature
• Printing with a raft can improve bottom surface finish and ease of removal

Storage: Keep cool and dry (15–25°C) and away from UV light to significantly extend shelf life.

Please note: Outer packaging may show minor wear from storage and transportation, though most boxes are in excellent condition. The filament spools themselves are brand new and factory-sealed. If pristine packaging is essential for your needs, please message before purchasing.
