This is a collection of 5 different vintage signatures obtained in person by a fan in the 40's.  All those shown here played at least part of their careers with the St. Louis Browns:

Bob Cain (died 1997)  pitcher with the Chicago White Sox, Detroit Tigers and St. Louis Browns between 1949 and 1954. He batted and threw left-handed. On August 19, 1951, Cain was the pitcher who issued a base on balls to Eddie Gaedel, at 3 feet 7 inches (109 cm) the shortest person to appear in a major league game.

Bob Dillinger (died 2009) played from 1946 through 1951 for the St. Louis Browns, Philadelphia Athletics, Pittsburgh Pirates and Chicago White Sox.  He  led the American League in hits in 1948 with 207 and batted over .300 four times.

Luke Sewell (died 1987) catcher for the Cleveland Indians (1921–1932, 1939), Washington Senators (1933–1934), Chicago White Sox (1935–1938), and the St. Louis Browns (1942).  Sewell managed the Browns from 1941 to 1946.

Red McQuillen (died 1989) 1938-47 five-season career in Major League Baseball, all with the St. Louis Browns.

Ewald Pyle (died 2004) a  pitcher for the St. Louis Browns in 1939 and again in 1942, and the Washington Senators, New York Giants and the Boston Braves from 1943 to 1945.
