Q: Why doesn't the sauna heater come with a plug?
A: For safety reasons, this product does not include a plug and must be hardwired by a licensed electrician. You'll need to purchase external wiring and an air switch separately. We recommend 7AWG cables and a switch rated ≥54A.
Q:Why is there a smell when first using the sauna?
A: The heating elements are coated with anti-rust oil. A slight odor may occur during the first use. Just keep the sauna door open for 10–15 minutes, and the smell will go away.
Q: Why does the sauna feel insufficiently heated?
A: Your sauna room may be too large for the heater's capacity. As a rule of thumb, you need 1kW of power per cubic meter of sauna space. Please ensure you're using the correct heater size for your room.
Q: Does this product include sauna stones?
A: This product does not include sauna stones. Please use appropriate sauna stones or volcanic rocks. Do not use common stones like granite, as their low water absorption and uneven thermal expansion may cause cracking and pose safety risks.
