Offering here eight (8) Advertising Rules in one lot.  There are seven wooden rules & one         2-fold black steel rule.  They cover a bank, a state representative, a hardware store, a supply company, saw & blade manufacturer, a transmission shop and a shoe company.

I have a significant rule collection and part of it are these advertising rules.  Since I love both rules and advertising they make for a nice collectible.  Now that I've written an article for my tool club's journal on advertising rules, it's time to let some of them go.  

These could be an addition to any rule or tool collection, an advertising collection or a starter group for either one.  Of note: The Hayes rule has 2 brass edges; the Glen Rock rule is double beveled and has both metric & inches; the Peterson rule advertises the N.Y. Representative on one side and the American Manufacturing Concern (the maker of the rule) on the other; and F.P. Maxon rule advertises not only its saws, but also leaves space for its union logo and name on 2 different legs (interesting).   

Condition:  As you can see in the photos, 5 of them are in Fine, like-new condition and 3 are  well-used.
