SHIPPING & HANDLING

Mailing Address - I will ONLY ship to the address on file with ebay. Before making a purchase, please ensure that your address is correct.

Handling Time - Our handling time is set to THREE BUSINESS DAYS. Packages are shipped Monday - Saturday with the exception of holidays. 

Calculated Shipping - Our shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions. We ship USPS and UPS depending on cost.

Insurance - All items should be shipped with insurance. Please do not change to no insurance.

PAYMENT

Payment - Payment is expected at the close of auction.

Non-Paying Bidders - Unpaid item cases are opened after two days of non-payment. Non-paying bidders are blocked from future transactions.

Cancelled Transactions - If a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale without a valid reason, they will be blocked from future transactions. 

BIDDING

Retracting Bids - Bids can be cancelled through the HELP section of ebay. If a bidder cancels bids excessively, they will be blocked from future transactions.

Shill Bidding - If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and reported.

DAMAGE:

If your item is received damaged, it is your responsibility to provide the seller with photos of damage in order for the seller to file a damage claim with USPS. And UPS. You will need to retain the box/envelope and all shipping materials.
