This is a used Pin Collector 3-Ring Binder/Album that has 4 Velvet Panels and 4 Dividers, great for Enamel Lapel Pins, excellent Organizer and Display. It measures 11.5" x 10.5" and is approx. 2.5 inch deep.

This binder is in good condition, 3 panels have pin holes where pins have been kept, 1 panel has not been used. The binder is black with blue spine and front edges and corners; it's not leather but has a smooth feel.
