SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

• We can only ship to the address listed on the eBay order.
• Shipping price indicated on listing applies only to items shipped within the continental United States.
• We DO NOT Ship to PO or APO addresses
• We DO NOT Ship to MAIL/PACKAGE FORWARDING services
• All our orders are shipped FedEx or USPS with adult signature required
• Hawaii and Alaska buyers please contact us prior to purchasing for shipping information.
• All Lighters and Lighter Fuels are shipped Ground Service ONLY.
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery. If the item is returned to the sender due to the buyer's unavailability, a partial refund will be issued, deducting the shipping cost from the total sales price. 

• For your protection, the entire packaging process is fully recorded on video by our shipping team. This ensures both quality control and a complete record in case of any shipping concerns.

   This includes a thorough visual documentation of:

  • The timepieces pre-shipment condition
  • All included contents
  • Visible serial numbers
  • The watch being set, wound, and confirmed to be in full working order

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We only ship international orders through eBay's Global Shipping program.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• We do not provide reduced value sales for International sales.

HANDLING TIME

• Our handling time is 1 - 2 days (weekends excluded) unless otherwise mentioned in the listing.
• All packaging is filmed in real time for safety and insurance purposes. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• We have a simple, no questions asked, money back guarantee return policy.  
• If you decide to return the timepiece, simply initiate a return request and choose "CHANGED MIND" as the reason for the return and there will be NO Restocking fees. 
• Certain accessories and vintage timepieces are sold "AS-IS".  These will be clearly specified in the description of the listing. 
• We DO NOT refund any shipping fees, import duties or taxes on international orders. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• For safety and insurance purposes, all returns are filmed in real time as boxes are opened and items are removed from packaging.
• All SERIAL numbers must match in order for returns to be accepted.  
• Items returned with signs of use not documented on the pre-packaging/pre-shipment video record are subject to restocking fees and/or reduced refund at the discretion of the seller.

WARRANTY

• We offer a one year limited warranty on all our timepieces unless otherwise specified in the listing.
• Items covered under original manufacturers warranty can be sent directly to the manufacturer, or alternatively, sent to us for assistance in facilitating the warranty manufacturer covered repairs.  
• Swiss Dreams one year limited warranty takes effect on the purchase date and is considered a secondary warranty if the original manufacturers warranty is still active.  
• In the event the the original manufacturers warranty expires prior to the one year anniversary date of purchase Swiss Dreams with warranty the timepiece for the remaining time.
