This T-Shirt was worn and owned by Indy 500 race legend Johnny Rutherford. I was able to acquire this T-Shirt from Johnny's Estate. Johnny was liquidating some of his personal items to the public, this Shirt was one of those items. (Rutherford Owned Jackets starting at $20) The Shirt was used and worn by Johnny and and I believe is a size large. (1980 Size Large) The condition of the shirt is still pretty nice, even though its been worn and used. You can see Johnny must have wore this shirt alot, because its got the broken in feeling. But I can see any stains or tears and overall its pretty good. The colors and still good and bright with the graphics on it pretty sweet. These vintage race T-shirts are hard to find anymore. Its got both Johnny and Jim Hall on it along with the Pennzoil Logo and their Yellow Submarine Chaparral 2K car! Very Cool. Johnny Rutherford and Jim Hall are legendary figures in American racing whose careers converged when Rutherford won the 1980 Indianapolis 500 driving Hall's innovative "Yellow Submarine" Chaparral 2K car. Hall was a pioneering car owner, designer, and driver, known for his innovative, high-downforce designs like the Chaparral 2K, while Rutherford was a three-time Indy 500 winner who achieved his third victory with Hall's team I was provided a COA from Johnny Rutherford on a group of shirts and jackets, which was signed by him. I will print out a copy of the COA to send you along with the shirt. I will also provide a COA from All American Collectables detailing how I acquired the item. John Rutherford Bio: (born March 12, 1938), also known as "Lone Star JR", is an American former automobile racing driver. During an Indy Car career that spanned more than three decades, he scored 27 wins and 23 pole positions in 314 starts. He became one of six drivers to win the Indianapolis 500 at least three times, winning in 1974, 1976, and 1980  He also won the CART championship in 1980.
