New items must be returned unused and uninstalled. Any part that shows signs of being installed, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Details:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund.
If the original item is not returned, or if it is returned damaged, incomplete, or in a condition different from how it was shipped, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover any loss in value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
