Department 56 Christmas in the City Monte Carlo Casino.  The village piece is damaged to it, the casino sign is broken off and is broken into multiple pieces. The sign maybe able to be glued back together, will be difficult but all pieces will be included so an attempt can be made. the black patterned facade above the doors has a small piece broken off on the bottom right side (photos will show damage).  There are no chips or scratches to the paint and the piece includes the light adapter for the piece.  The item comes in original foam packaging with cardboard sleeve.  There is some wear to the sleeve from use and being in storage.  See photos for details on condition of item and packaging.
