Vibrant five-piece George Briard mosaic enamelware collection from the 1960s.

Each piece features richly colored glass-tile enamel panels in amber, gold, green, and chocolate brown on a brass-toned metal base. Four pieces are signed “© George Briard.” One rectangular tray is unsigned but original to the set.

Pieces included:

• Square tray – 11½″ × 11½″ – signed

• Square tray – 9⅝″ × 9⅝″ – signed

• Square tray – 5″ × 5″ – signed

• Rectangular tray – 11½″ × 6¾″ – unsigned

• Lidded box – 9⅞″ × 4¼″ – signed (Sharpie writing inside lid)

Some tiles show fine surface lines from manufacture—typical for these enameled mosaic designs. Light surface wear to gold backs consistent with age.

Beautiful coordinated set for mid-century display or entertaining.
