SHIPPING: Typically, I will ship within three days of payment. International orders may take a day or two more since I have to make a trip to the post office. I usually use USPS for shipping but for larger packages I sometimes use UPS or FEDEX. Local pickup is fine for large items with prior arrangements. I use mostly recycled packaging. This is great for 2 reasons. 1) Helps keep costs low and 2) Good for the environment. We use lots of bubble wrap and packing tape to ensure your item arrives safely. YES, I ship worldwide but not to certain countries like Nigeria, Somalia and Chad. (not that I have anything against people from those places I'm sure they are very nice. International bidders to please ask for shipping price before the end of the auction. Also, intn'l bidders are responsible for all customs and duties. Shipping price quoted is for Contiguous US states only. Extra charge to Alaska, P.R., Hawaii, Guam, etc. Win several of my auctions and I'll combine shipping for you. It depends on what you're buying since our inventory is always changing but I'll generate a reasonable price based on the weight of the combined auctions.

RETURNS: We are very happy to answer any and all questions about our items. Please ask for additional photos, clearer descriptions, etc if you'd like additional info before (or after) bidding. Our goal is for 100% positive feedback and we work very hard to keep our bidders happy. That being said, returns are accepted only if the item is not as described in the ad.
