Returned Items / Shipping Damage: I expect that you read the listing so there should be no reason to return your item unless damage is caused during shipping or a fault in an untested item.  If your item is damaged, please contact me and tell me what has happened, and we will work it out. Your item will usually ship out the next business day. Please Remember that if your item has insurance and is damaged it is up to you to file with USPS or UPS to get your purchase money back.
