All of our items are stored in plastic bins and shelved, keeping them free from odor and dust and we are a smoke-free environment.  Many of our items are from Direct buys, Liquidation Sales, Estate Sales, Auction Lots, etc. Whether the item is new or pre-owned, it will state as such. If we do not have any history of the item, we will do our best to describe the cosmetic condition. Please see all our items under seller name bababocca and thank you for your business.

Terms and Conditions Payment – Please make payment within 2 days of auction ending unless other arrangements are made.  If there are any issues, please contact me first before posting poor feedback or opening a case. Please allow me the chance to make things right.

Shipping – US and Global shipping program for International. Any item valued over $200.00 must be signed for. 

The USPS mail cost increase is continuing in 2025. We make every attempt to price the shipping based on the weight prior to listing each item.

While I usually charge a flat fee for shipping, I may have no choice but to calculate shipping costs based on weight. 

I will do my very best to work with my buyers for the most reasonable method of shipment. I ship items every other day, except Sundays and holidays.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please save all packing material and email me as to what you received. 

International Buyers – PLEASE NOTE: 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. 

I do not mark merchandise values below what you pay for them or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Refunds & Returns – If you are unhappy with the item or it doesn't fit correctly, refunds are accepted within 30 days of buyer receiving the item.  I strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

Refunds will be granted only when the item is returned in the same condition as when received. All items shipped with tags must be returned with the tags in place and garment must be clean and unworn. All items must be returned in the same condition as when received.
