Our customer support will contact buyers for orders with no shipment service as quoted above and will be cancelled and fully refunded afterwards.

Our main object is to satisfy our valued customers. However if you not satisfied with your purchase, we would like to refund full your payment after receiving item or items in original condition. No restocking fee for the return item. 

The item must be returned to us within 30 days after you receive the goods. The item should be returned in original condition, Not Used or Altered. You will have to pay the difference in price if applicable. 

Buyers are responsible for paying the return postage and we reserve the right to deduct any postage costs from an any refund provided. For any damaged goods we will cover all postage costs.

There are some items we cannot accept for refunds and these are hygienic products. We will highlight this on the relevant listings where our refund terms may change.

In the unlikely event your order has arrived damaged or missing any parts please inform us as soon as practically possible and provide photo evidence and will respond back with a resolution.
