Feel free to make an offer on any listing because reasonable offers will not be refused and most prices can be negotiated.

For shipping, the card(s) will be inserted into a team-bagged top-loader attached to a sheet of paper so it won't move around. It will then be put in a PWE with a thermal label attached.

If the cost of the card is more than $20 or is in a graded slab, I will ship it in a bubble mailer with the appropriate shipping cost -- typically $4 - $5.

I usually ship out every day so if you purchase anything, it will likely get sent out the next morning.
