I am reluctantly selling my beloved Luxury & Precision P6Pro digital music player. This is by far the best-sounding digital music player I have ever heard, and puts my full-sized hi-fi system(s) to shame for sheer enjoyment.

The unit retails at nearly £3000 brand new. Luxury & Precision have designed the P6Pro with sound quality uppermost, so the user interface is comparatively basic compared with units from, say, Cayin. The P6Pro somehow manages to utilise pure resistor-to-resistor (R2R) digital-to-analogue technology, which ensures the sound quality is as organic and lifelike as possible. Having used several DAPs over the years that rely on more 'traditional' methods of D/A conversion, I can attest that the hype around R2R technology is entirely justified! This thing sounds utterly amazing throughout the audio spectrum, with whatever earphones you choose to pair it with.

I originally purchased this unit from MusicTeck in the USA as the standard P6 model. They later offered an upgrade programme that involved returning the unit to MusicTeck, who sent it on to Luxury & Precision who upgraded the unit to P6Pro specifications. Hence, the back panel lacks the wooden finish that is present when you buy a brand-new P6Pro. I have included a picture of the receipt from MusicTeck to prove that the unit underwent the P6Pro upgrade.

As noted in the condition description, the unit works perfectly except that the 'back' arrow on the touchscreen doesn't work. A button on the side of the unit does the same job.
