Instructions: 

. Tear the foil pouch, take out the test card, and put it on a flat surface.  

. Use the provided dropper to aspirate the whole blood sample, and dispense 6 drops of whole blood into the assay diluent buffer. 

. Mix well the Assay buffer diluent. 

. Then, vertically, add 3 drops of the mixer into the sample hole. 

. Allow the test card to sit at room temperature for 10-12 minutes to determine the results. Results obtained after 30 minutes are considered invalid.

Interpretation of Results:

. The C line must be displayed. If it is not displayed, it will be regarded as invalid.

. If the T line is not displayed, it is considered not to be pregnant. It is recommended to reexamine at 5 to 7 days interval. If it is not displayed, it is considered not to be pregnant.

. If the T line is clear or weak, it is considered to be pregnant
