For sale is an antique mini double handled jug advertising the The National Hotel National Pike Beallsville Pa. Looks like reddish clay on the base. Jug is definitely old. I believe the scratch decoration is original. Jug was a giveaway advertising piece. 

Its a hair over 2 and 7/8 inches tall.

Condition: No cracks or chips. No repairs. Some stain or residue on part of the jug. It doesn't seem like the exposed letters have glaze in them. I would think they should be glazed.  There is also some roughness to the edges of the letters. See photos and video to determine condition.
