This board was pulled from a 2U SuperMicro server, and included the io cover shown. There are 4 AMD Opteron 6376 CPUs installed and the heatsinks as shown. Nothing else is included.
The 2 fans shown in the last photo are wearing out, noisy, and should be replaced.
