- 'First' and 'Second Quality' is determined by the manufacturer and cannot change.
- 'Condition' refers to use and wear following manufacture.
*Photo's - what is photographed, is what you receive.
*Measurements and weights - all are approximate.
*Condition descriptions - are as open and honest as possible, but it may not be possible to note every detail and must be considered relative to age/use.
*Condition Grading - I generally use the scale: Poor; Fair; Good; Great; Excellent (mint/as new including first or second quality).
*Listing - Any and all aspects (photos, specifics, details, descriptions etc) are contributory to the item description, so please ensure you have viewed and read the complete listing.
REFUNDS & RETURNS (UK):
- In the very unlikely event of breakage contact me with photos including the underside with backstamp (when applicable) of the item to see if a replacement is available before opening a time bound case (if you open a time bound case I may not be able to get a replacement to you in time). You can still open a case later if not happy.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of buyer receipt when item does not match description or meet ebay policy.
- Buyer can otherwise pay return postage.
- If it's my mistake or responsibility (eg courier issues) I will refund partially or fully, as applicable, in line with ebay policy and in discussion with you in the hope you receive a satisfactory outcome.
