You must obtain a return RMA # before sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us know you are planning to send an item back for exchange or refund and an RMA # will be issued with the return details.
If you are exchanging for another item and see the item online please email us chat with us or call us so that we will reserve the item for you and once the item is reserved we will give you instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.
