This service covers front glass refurbishing only — not LCD or digitizer replacement.
The purpose of this service is to restore your original OEM screen, keeping your device’s factory display and touch sensitivity intact.
We only refurbish screens with fully working display and touch. Cracked glass is acceptable, but the screen must still power on and respond to touch.
If the LCD or digitizer is damaged beyond refurbishing, we’ll contact you before taking any further action.
Our technicians carefully separate and replace only the outer glass layer while keeping the original LCD and touch components.
If you provide the passcode, full functionality tests will be performed after refurbishment (touch, display, Face ID, etc.).
If no passcode is provided, we will test only the visible display and touch response without unlocking the device.
We guarantee your device will be fully functional upon completion of the refurbishing process.

Typical refurbishing time is 1–3 business days after receiving the device.
Repairs are not performed on Sundays or holidays.
Tracking information will be sent once your device has shipped back.
If your device is found to have additional issues (LCD damage, motherboard faults, etc.), we will contact you before performing any extra repairs or adding charges.
No unauthorized work will be done without your approval.
Includes a 90-day limited warranty covering workmanship and the replaced glass only.
Warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid exposure, or unrelated issues after delivery.
Devices left unclaimed for more than 60 days after completion are considered abandoned and may be disposed of.
Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways if the screen is deemed non-refurbishable or no issue is found.
We are not responsible for data loss — please back up your device before shipping.
Please send only the iPad (no box, case, or accessories).
Proper packaging is required to prevent shipping damage; we recommend using bubble wrap and tracked shipping.
