1. Make sure your phone to connect the 2.4G wifi, not connect the wifi whose name has 5G suffix; Open the wifi and bluetooth of your smartphone.
2. You can search "Smart life" by Apple store(iPhone) or Google Store(Android phone) and download the APP, register by yourself directly, then click the "add" button and search your device. (Open the bluetooth permission for this app in your smartphone)
3. Wait 3-5 seconds, then you will find the device and click "Add" button, then insert your wifi password and add it.
Troubleshooting: How to solve the issue of "Can't Connect APP":
1. Factory/Wifi reset: Pull out the charging gun, simultaneously long press the Ⓐ button and time button on the product screen until it shows "Factory Reset", then re-start the machine.
2. Have a check with your smartphone's wifi name, confirm whether your phone's wifi has 5G suffix, if YES, please switch the 5G wifi to 2.4G wifi(Whose name doesn't have 5G suffix.)
3. Open the APP, open the wifi and bluetooth of your smartphone, then add the device.
Warmly note: It is not allowed to adjust the current during the charging: Stop the charging, then you can adjust current.(Because adjust the current when charging may cause abnormalities, so we set this function can be done after turn off the charging.
