Up for bid is a game ready baseball from August 30, 2025.  This baseball was prepared and specially marked by MLB in anticipation of Trout's milestone 400th career home run.   Trout entered the series in Houston with 398 career home runs.  These baseballs would have been used during each pitch to trout after he hit #399.  Trout did not hit any home runs in the series, making these baseballs game ready only.  The baseball was authenticated after the game on August 30, 2025.  A handful of baseballs was prepared each game.  You will receive this exact baseball which has been marked and stenciled with "H 18" around the MLB logo.      

The baseball was authenticated by Major League Baseball after the game.  The MLB authentication record is shown and can be found in the online database.
