The Bijur Delimon LubeSite 202 Auto Greaser is a compact, spring-driven lubrication unit designed to maintain consistent grease flow for machinery operating in static conditions. With its transparent polycarbonate housing and durable internal components, this 1 oz greaser provides reliable control for a range of stationary applications. Available in a convenient 10 Pack, these greasers are engineered to prevent bearing damage by automatically adjusting lubricant delivery based on movement, reducing manual maintenance and extending equipment lifespan.

This bearing greaser is compatible with sealed, shielded, or open bearing types, including anti-friction oscillating, ball, or roller configurations. It is also effective for bronze and oilite bearings and situations requiring flushing action. Each unit comes pre-assembled with a medium (silver) spring, with light (blue) and heavy (red) springs included in the package, enabling users to tailor grease flow as needed. The grease feeder uses a piston, metering rod, and spring mechanism to distribute NLGI grade 0 to 4 non-separating grease at a safe 1–5 psi, helping avoid damage to seals. The metering rod’s graduated channels regulate output based on motion, and the venturi action ensures grease flows only when the bearing is active, stopping automatically when motion ceases.

Installation is quick with 1/8” NPT or BSPT threads, and the clear dome simplifies visual checks of grease levels.
