For sale is a great little treen jar / lidded box. 2 pieces with a top and bottom. It has the best surface. American. Likely PA / NY or new england but no history on it. Circa 1865. Civil War era. 

About 2 and 7/8 inches across. Roughly 1 and half inches tall. 

Condition: Nice condition. Has the best patina. Wonderful usage wear. Has some tight drying cracks. Very short. Tight not moving. One in the lid and one on the inside of the bottom piece. Neither travel through to the other side. No repairs. All original. No chunks missing. No chips. See photos and video to determine condition.
