All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, separate from the actual delivery time. 

We ship using standard shipping, either through USPS or UPS, depending on the best available option. When an order is placed, the estimated delivery time range is provided based on standard carrier timelines. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days from our location, depending on the destination. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
* Please be advised: Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update on the carrier's site.

* Please note that orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday or Tuesday, depending on the volume of orders received. *

* Holiday: Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day or as soon as possible thereafter. *

📦 30 Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date. Note that outgoing shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will provide a return shipping label. Also note that we cannot take back any return without the original box and packing materials/accessories. Be sure to keep all this until you are sure you won't be returning it. Please be advised that all items are inspected before processing any refunds, Sorry, no exchanges.

Defective Items - Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a refund.

Non-Defective Items - ALL non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery date. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have all their original packaging and accessories (if it came with any)
A restocking fee (20%-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from reselling it. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to make sure what they purchase is compatible with what they are using. 

Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external, or notify us within 48 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 48 HOURS from delivery date. SpicyBomb, at its sole discretion, will issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier.
