Condition is used. Item is in pretty good shape. The case may show wear and / or imperfections such as but not limited to cracks, scuffs, marks, scratches, water damage, holes, artwork damage, etc. Item in pictures is the item you will receive. See pics for condition and for what is included. The disc has light surface scratches but plays fine. The book has damage. The case has a holographic cover which makes the image move when you look at it at different angles

I try to take extra pictures if there is noticeable damage. I don't try and hide things from buyers. Sometimes, things are overlooked.
