Age browning/spotting, some stains, marks , and a piece torn from the bottom of the “C” in Collier’s on cover, a decent amount of creasing and folding near corners and ends. Binding is a little loose on the bottom staple.

Otherwise in good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Feel free to use the zoom option as pictures are considered part of the description.
