These came from a closeout sale. The package does have a piece of tape over the color hole and back side with the hanger piece. There is also an additional piece of tape over the lower portion on the back side. I have several of these Capezio Dance Tights in different colors and sizes. They all have this piece of tape so I don't believe they have ever been opened. The package may have small dirty spots, wear, or creases as none were in mint condition.
