Automatic Paper Feeding

Precision Creasing & Perforating
The automatic creasing machine is equipped with 3 tools for transverse creasing and perforating and longitudinal perforating operation, thereby achieving the purpose of accurately completing the transverse and longitudinal dotted lines at a time and simplifying the complex operating procedure. The creasing and perforating tools are conveniently installed and stored in a hidden mode, so the safety protection is enhanced, and the service life of each tool is well prolonged.

Accurate Skewing Adjustment
The knurled rolling wheel is used for adjusting the skewed paper fed by the feeding platform in the working process. When the paper sheets deviate, the operator can rotate the rolling wheel to correct the paper feeding deviation according to the specific skewing direction, so the feeding deviation can be effectively eliminated, and the normal feeding of paper is guaranteed.

Effective Paper Separation Control
By the use of the paper separation adjusting knob, the paper feeding baffle piece can be accurately adjusted to control the paper feeding number, thereby effectively avoiding simultaneous feeding of multiple paper sheets and ensuring that the paper sheets are fed one by one. The paper separation adjusting effect is better, and precision feeding of paper is greatly facilitated.

Stable Paper Pressing & Limiting
The automatic creasing machine is equipped with a long paper pressing parts for A3 paper and two short paper pressing parts for A4 paper, so the paper sheets of different specifications can be stably pressed and prevented from moving after being lifted, and the adaptability is enhanced. Orderly Paper Collection

Operation Method

1. Unpack the box, check whether all accessories are intact, and assemble all the accessories.

2. Select the appropriate creasing/perforating tool set as required and install the tool set at the tool chamber.

3. Connect the power cord to the 110V power socket with reliable grounding, and turn on the power switch.

4. Set the technical parameters on the touch screen as needed, and test the creasing/perforating effect. Conduct normal operation if the creasing/perforating effect meets the demand. Adjust the parameters and different adjusters if the creasing/perforating effect is not ideal.
