EXTREMELY RARE 2008 Adidas Forum Low 84 “Cinco” - Article #901118

Condition: Excellent Used - 9/10

These appear to have been worn only a handful of times. Virtually no heel drag, minimal creasing, and premium materials still in exceptional shape for a 17-year-old sneaker. See photos for detailed condition assessment.

The Mystery:

I’ve spent considerable time researching these, and they appear to be one of the rarest Forum Low colorways from the 2008 era. Here’s what I’ve discovered:

• Article #901118 - Production date 03/08 (March 2008)

• The only reference I could find was from a Japanese sneaker retailer who called them the “Cinco” - possibly a Cinco de Mayo themed release

• Adidas confirmed the article number is no longer in their database

• Unique spiral logo branding on the ankle strap

• Vibrant neon green stripes with orange/red accents and tan/black blocking

• Eye-catching multicolor insole graphic

Why These Are Special:

Pre-2010 Forum Lows with unique themes/colorways are incredibly scarce. This was before the sneaker documentation era, and many limited releases simply weren’t recorded online. Regional exclusives (especially Asia-Pacific) from this period are now becoming highly collectible as the vintage Adidas market matures.

After extensive searching across multiple platforms, databases, and sneaker communities, I cannot find another pair of these available anywhere. If you’re a serious Forum Low collector or vintage Adidas enthusiast, this may be your only opportunity to own this colorway.

Size: US 10.5 / UK 10 / JP 285

Investment Opportunity:

As the Forum Low continues its resurgence and collectors dig deeper into archive releases, obscure gems like this are appreciating. The combination of rarity, excellent condition, and unique story makes this a serious collector’s piece.

Open to serious offers from collectors.
