This is an open box sale.  I did open one of the tubes up, quickly realized I ordered the wrong size, and so this is where it's at now.  I did not inflate or do anything with the one I opened, just opened it up and quickly realized my mistake.  The other tire, which has the two tire levers, is still sealed in manufacturer wrap.  These tubes have never been used.  Brand new.
