Payment Method and Policies:
- We ONLY accept Paypal payment, which accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. If paying via an eCheck (payment that you make directly from your bank account), payments' clearance could take 3 or more business days which won't allow us to even print your shipping label and process your order.
- Please make sure that your mailing address is current and correct before making any payment to avoid any issues.
Shipping Rates and Policies:
- Please give us 1 day to process your order after receiving a cleared payment.
- We only ship from Mondays through Fridays, except weekends and holidays.
- When your shipping label is ready you'll be receiving a notification through your email with its tracking number.
International Shipping:
- International buyers must allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Some delays should be expected due to the customs process in your country. Please note that import duties, tariffs, taxes and other charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Note: We ONLY pay for shipping from our location to the GLOBAL SHIPPING CENTER at KENTUCKY (USA) then buyer will be prompt to take care of the charges from KENTUCKY to their country.
